KIPKidz Fit is a program designed to make exercising fun! From going on a Kenyan safari to climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, KIPKidz never know where their training will take them!
Classes include running as well as core and flexibility to strengthen growing bodies. There is no need for KIPKidz to be experienced runners. Small class sizes mean kids of all abilities and fitness levels will benefit.
Kids are often more comfortable coming to class with a friend so don't delay, grab a friend and KIPMOVIN!
Term period includes 16 sessions.
Mondays - Fridays
4:00pm - 5:00pm (5 -7 years)
5:00pm – 6:00pm (All ages 7+)
6:00pm - 7:00pm (All ages 7+)
8:00am - 9:00am (All ages 5+)
9:00am - 10:00am (All ages 7+)
